Terms of use
Effective from August 2026
Kemipilot is provided by Fintech Services ApS, which operates the service under the trading name Sandbox Ventures ApS. These terms apply to the use of the app. If a separate agreement has been made with a municipality or a waste company, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
What Kemipilot is - and is not
- If the app is unsure, it says so. A suggestion without confirmation must be treated as just that: a suggestion.
- In case of doubt, the workplace's usual procedure applies - not the app's suggestion.
- Hazard data comes from publicly available safety data sheets and authority sources. A data sheet may be out of date, and a manufacturer may have changed the composition without changing the packaging.
Access
- Access is given to named employees via work email and is personal.
- Login codes must not be shared. If you suspect misuse, tell your administrator.
- Access can be closed by your employer or by us if it is misused.
Your use
- The app may be used for the work it has been made available for.
- Photograph products - not people, documents or anything else that does not belong to the task.
- Data in the app must not be extracted for other purposes without agreement.
Availability
We aim for high uptime, but the app may be unavailable during maintenance or operational disruptions. When there is no connection, the app saves registrations locally and sends them when the connection is back.
Liability
Sandbox Ventures ApS is not liable for losses resulting from a decision made solely on the basis of the app's suggestions. Liability towards customers otherwise follows the agreement made. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be disclaimed under Danish law.
Rights
The app, the catalogue and the underlying system belong to Sandbox Ventures ApS. Safety data sheets and authority data belong to their respective rights holders.
Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
